Betmar New York genuine felted wool vintage bowler or derby style hat with satin bow and black veil netting. It has an optional elastic under the chin strap. It\'s made by United Hatters union workers so that dates it between 1934-1983. It\'s an emerald green color and is soft but stiff enough to hold its shape. I don\'t see any stains, holes, pulls, or other major flaws. I\'m not a collector or knowledgeable about vintage fashion so please ask any questions before buying. This item will NOT be laundered before shipping to protect its vintage condition. It appears very clean and well kept with a light but pleasant perfume odor like it sat in grandma\'s closet. See my closet for more vintage hats to bundle and save!
